Who We Are
We are a group of Lean Six Sigma practitioners who plan, teach, do, and learn. We have years of experience launching and running Lean Six Sigma programs around the world. From large billion dollars enterprises, to multi-million dollar small and medium-sized businesses, we understand and solve for the challenges faced by some companies in realizing the full return on a Lean Six Sigma Investment.
What We Do
If you have an operational excellence challenge we:

How We Do
Each client engagement is unique. As much as we like to think we can standardize everything – and we do try to standardize and scale as much as possible – success is often predicated on hitting the right resonant chord with employees, leaders and key stakeholders in any organization.
Generally speaking, we will approach an engagement with the following high-level actions in mind.
- Assess and diagnose a client’s specific business situation.
- Provide a set of approaches to effectively remedy business challenges in a timely manner.
- Partner with client teams to support execution of specific outcome-based projects and initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing and end-of-project briefings to gage progress, adjust execution, and establish a virtuous continuous improvement mindset.
We also fold into this Lean Six Sigma Success Coaching formula, understanding the healthy aspects of a company’s culture. We use these “best practices” to drive sustainable change aimed at embedding new ways of doing things that reflect a successful Lean Six Sigma organization.
When We Do
Timing is everything. We realize that with most of our clients, by the time they find us, there’s a burning urgency to get results on the scoreboard.
